How long does shipping take?
All orders are posted from South Wales, UK.
UK orders are sent Royal Mail ‘2nd Class’ as standard and will be with you within 2-3 business days. ‘Tracked 48’ upgrade available at checkout!
All international orders are sent via International Standard with an option to upgrade to International Tracked at checkout. International orders can take up to 3-4 weeks due to customs. Please choose a tracked shipping option if you wish to track your order.
(Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply - I'm not responsible for delays due to customs)

Returns/Exchanges/Cancellations
I do not accept returns or exchanges. Cancellations are acceptable only if it’s brought to my attention before your order is posted. If there is a problem with your order or it appears to have gone missing, please do not hesitate to get in touch with me - I’m sure we can sort something out!

My ears aren’t pierced - do you offer clip ons?
Yes! All of my earrings can be swapped from huggie hoops to clip on hoops. Push back spring clip on hoops are super easy to use and mimic the look of real earrings - perfect for non pierced ears! You’ll find this option on all earrings as ‘change to clip on hoops’ after clicking add to cart.

Need a specific bracelet size?
Bracelets are adjustable with a clasp + extender chain and fit a 6 inch - 7 ½ inch wrist. If you would like yours to be smaller or larger please let me know in the order note when purchasing or pop me a message!

Are your stickers waterproof?
Yes! All of my sticker products are made from waterproof vinyl! (Freebie stickers are not)

The product I’d like to purchase is currently sold out, will it be restocked?
Items that sell out that won’t or can’t be restocked get taken down from the shop. If an item has a sold out label, it’s left visible in the shop as I intend to restock it as soon as possible!

EU UPDATE REGARDING GPSR (General Product Safety Regulation)

Due to the new EU GPSR (General Product Safety Regulation) coming into affect (Dec 2024) I am no longer taking EU orders or shipping to the EU. I apologise for any disappointment - it is currently out of my hands whilst I try and navigate the rules and costs surrounding it like many small businesses right now. I would love to be able to again in the future if it becomes a viable option.
